📋 Description

• Translate ambiguous business needs into scalable, secure, and integrated solution requirements and delivery plans • Evaluate technical options, resolve complex product and system issues, and recommend approaches aligned with business outcomes and enterprise standards • Coordinate across product, architecture, engineering, and partner teams to align decisions, manage dependencies, and maintain progress on defined workstreams • Establish and maintain liaison relationships with business partners and IT to provide effective technical solutions • Gather and analyze data to understand business strategy requirements • Contribute to short- and long-term planning sessions and provide direction on business goals • Assess client needs through structured requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and change management • Develop, write, and communicate business requirements and functional specifications • Analyze customer operations to identify improvement opportunities • Assist with business process redesign and documentation for new technology • Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources • Conduct statistical analyses and create visualizations for data-driven insights • Support trend analysis, forecasting, and predictive modeling • Collaborate with teams to understand data needs and provide actionable insights • Create interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Salesforce Analytics tools • Customize Salesforce CRM to integrate with external data sources and analytics tools • Integrate multiple data sources into Salesforce CRM for analytics and reporting • Implement ETL automation processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency • Create reusable documentation, guide less experienced team members, and identify changes that reduce delivery friction

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience required • 4+ years of experience in technical product management, technical business analysis, solution architecture, or a related field required • 7 years of experience in Salesforce analytics development with expertise in advanced analytics • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Einstein Analytics, Salesforce Reports, and Dashboards • Experience in data modeling, data visualization, and analytics solution design • Knowledge of ETL processes, data integration techniques, and data warehousing concepts • Strong understanding of CRM principles and business processes • Programming skills in Salesforce Apex, SQL, or Python • Analytical mindset focused on deriving insights from data • Problem-solving skills for complex data challenges • Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork • Detail-oriented and quality-focused analytics solution development
