📋 Description

• Work with clinical data and tools to support Clinical Advisors’ strategic consultation and deliverables • Support Clinical Advisors in meeting scheduled and ad hoc client reporting requirements and deliverables • Provide data needed for PA Criteria submission and configure internal utilization platforms, including CAS and MedHOK • Help communicate client formulary changes to internal partners • Support Prior Authorization monthly updates, extensions, and migrations with IBU Data Analysis, Account Management, and PBM Clinical PA teams • Clarify needs and suggest innovative solutions for client and Clinical Advisor requests • Analyze results and provide consultative analysis, including additional analysis when appropriate • Perform quality checks on reports and deliverables and verify data accuracy • Suggest solutions and integrate best practices across accounts • Request, interpret, and analyze claims data for impact and remediation • Create innovative solutions to improve existing process flows • Participate in special projects and workgroups to improve efficiency and client satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of work experience with healthcare data, preferably pharmacy data • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite • Proficiency with Outlook, Access, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Pharmacy experience • Medicare experience • Pharmacy Technician certification • Strong communication skills • Ability to work at a fast pace • Critical thinking skills • Strategic thinking skills • Ability to work in a team setting • Strong problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and effectively manage workload • Client-facing or consultation experience • Process flow improvement experience with Visio • Ability to create macro-enabled Access/Excel tools • High school diploma or equivalent GED
