📋 Description

• Own assigned client implementations from post-sale kickoff through training and go-live • Manage timelines, scope, milestones, deliverables, risks, and communication across multiple concurrent projects • Prepare daily and/or weekly status reports and obtain client feedback and approval throughout configuration • Manage Jira boards, prioritizing, assigning, and tracking tickets to meet deadlines • Run requirements and configuration working sessions independently • Understand client processes, identify gaps, and clarify underlying needs before proposing approaches • Serve as the first line of answers for client questions about FUNDINGO functionality and configuration • Learn, configure, and test FUNDINGO standard functionality, including pages, fields, flows, and layouts • Connect business requirements to configuration decisions while considering downstream impacts • Troubleshoot configuration issues and document escalations for development teams • Write detailed tickets with requirements and acceptance criteria • Guide clients through data conversion and migration • Develop training and configuration documentation • Recognize complex or non-standard requirements and involve the Solutions Consultant • Execute Solutions Consultant designs and apply implementation patterns and configuration standards • Share implementation feedback to improve products, processes, and templates • Record project time daily and attain quarterly and annual objectives

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in product implementation, business analysis, consulting, technical support, or technical problem-solving • Salesforce administration, including building objects, fields, page layouts, and flows • Demonstrated ownership of implementation work across multiple phases, from requirements through go-live • Strong communication and customer relations skills, with a consultative approach to understanding client needs • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment • 2+ years of lending experience (loan origination, servicing, CDFI, or alternative lending) — nice to have • Experience in client services in a B2B/SaaS environment — nice to have • Project Lead or Project Management experience — nice to have • Data Migration experience — nice to have • Jira experience — nice to have • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations
