📋 Description

• Analyze, plan, and implement routine operational process improvement needs • Support long-term planning sessions with a single client to improve business processes, information systems, and goals • Identify and communicate process improvement needs to authorized personnel • Consult on routine re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality • Deploy plans from conception through closing on routine aspects of re-engineering projects • Develop routine metrics for process management and indicators of future improvement opportunities • Collect data to identify root cause problems • Research processes to translate business objectives into functional requirements and solution design • Measure performance against process requirements and align improvement projects to close performance shortfalls • Assist management in assessing risk impact, timeframe, and cost of re-engineering required to achieve the desired future state

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of data analysis experience • Proficiency in analyzing data daily, identifying trends, and determining actionable next steps • Intermediate SQL skills, including writing and using SQL queries to extract and manipulate data for analysis • Ability to remediate identified issues and implement corrective actions • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and support initiatives across teams • Strong ability to communicate clearly and work cross-functionally with teams to execute quality assurance processes across projects • Video cameras must be used during all interviews and during the initial week of orientation
