📋 Description

• Perform design, development, and testing activities • Support the full life cycle of development processes for creating services • Investigate and resolve complex business and technical product integration matters • Influence technical decisions during various phases of projects • Code, test, debug, implement, and document programs • Modify company products and internal systems to meet business needs • Gather system information, analyze program and time requirements, and prepare program-change documentation • Research and analyze existing systems and program requirements • Design programs for projects or enhancements • Write specifications for low- to moderate-complexity programs • Resolve issues and defects and suggest alternative solutions • Develop test plans and identify issues • Create program-code and technical documentation • Conduct quality assurance activities, including peer reviews • Develop batch job automation and notification services • Perform complex SQL work and query tuning

🎯 Requirements

• Working experience with C, Unix/Linux systems, Oracle SQL, and PL/SQL • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • Experience working with technical products, vendors, and technology families • Experience working with product configurations • Experience with relevant software packages, package classes, and products within the technical area • Technical design skills • Communication skills for stakeholder interaction • Analytical and problem-solving skills • Organization skills to balance and prioritize work • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and switch between tasks quickly • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Expertise in batch job automation and notification services • Complex SQL work experience and query tuning expertise • Experience in Member, Managed Care, Provider, Financial, or Claims domains is a plus • Work is limited to batch development and does not involve access to PHI, PII, or secured/confidential client data • Availability for shift timings from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST
