📋 Description

• Code, test, debug, implement, and document highly complex programs • Develop complex test plans to verify logic of new or modified programs • Design systems and programs to meet highly complex business needs • Prepare detailed specifications from which programs are developed and coded • Create program code and technical documentation • Gather information from existing systems and analyze program and time requirements • Prepare time estimates and justifications for assigned tasks • Provide recommendations to project managers • Support project personnel in resolving complex program problems • Work with clients and management to resolve issues and validate programming requirements • Provide technical advice on complex programming • May serve as technical project lead and provide leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel • Conduct quality assurance activities such as peer reviews • Provide technical and/or managerial consulting services to management and technical staff • May represent the company in presentations or conferences

🎯 Requirements

• Nine or more years of data engineering, ETL development, or data warehouse development • Experience working with Databricks, Python, SQL, and modern data engineering practices • Experience developing and supporting Power BI reporting solutions and Tableau dashboards solutions • Experience supporting enterprise production environments • Experience developing cloud-based data solutions • Experience developing and maintaining scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Databricks • Experience developing and optimizing data ingestion, transformation, and aggregation processes • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for design, creation and testing of programs • Good leadership skills to guide and mentor the work of less experienced personnel • Video cameras must be used during all interviews and during the initial week of orientation
