📋 Description

• Own KYC and onboarding mobile flows from signup through identity verification and level upgrade • Design, build, and maintain screens, navigation, and identity-verification SDK integrations • Drive React Native architecture decisions, define patterns, set standards, and ensure consistency across Registration Squad mobile surfaces • Integrate and maintain identity provider SDKs such as Incode and Jumio, including version upgrades, migration work, and incident response • Write clean, well-tested React Native and iOS code and champion engineering best practices through code reviews • Monitor, debug, and resolve production issues with a focus on root-cause analysis and lasting fixes • Partner with Product, Compliance, and backend engineers to translate regulatory requirements and user needs into mobile solutions • Share knowledge, contribute to technical discussions, and mentor fellow engineers

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced in React Native development, with a proven track record of shipping production mobile apps at scale across iOS and React Native • Strong depth in iOS native development • Hands-on experience integrating third-party SDKs, including identity verification or biometric providers • Understanding of mobile SDK integration constraints and tradeoffs in regulated environments • Experience designing and maintaining testable, maintainable, and resilient mobile architectures • Comfortable working across the mobile/backend boundary • Understanding of REST APIs, async flows, and mobile state interaction with backend systems • Clear written and spoken English communication • Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy and ownership • Nice to have: familiarity with KYC/AML flows, identity verification providers such as Incode, Jumio, or IDWall, or onboarding funnels in regulated financial products
