📋 Description

• Participate in requirements gathering sessions and build Requirement Specification and Design Documents • Prepare time estimates and justifications for assigned tasks • Code, test, debug, implement, and document moderately complex to complex technical programs • Participate in and conduct peer reviews • Evaluate existing systems and programs and recommend potential enhancements • Liaise with clients and management to provide technical consulting on complex programming projects • Validate program requirements and identify and address issues • Provide leadership and guidance to less experienced developers

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience working on application development projects • 4+ years of C programming experience • Proficiency in Pro*C • 4+ years working with Unix or Linux environments • 4+ years working with relational databases • Expertise in batch development, job automation, and notification services • Experience writing specifications and design documentation, including UML diagrams • Healthcare/Medicaid work experience preferred • Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs and travel as required • Video cameras must be used during all interviews and the initial week of orientation
