📋 Description

• Execute enterprise transformation strategy across Testing Services, including roadmaps, milestones, and success criteria • Establish transformation priorities aligned to accounts/programs, business objectives, service commitments, and continuous improvement goals • Execute communication and change adoption strategy across delivery organizations • Execute transformation success metrics covering process implementation, quality, productivity, automation/AI implementation, talent refresh, ALM adoption, compliance, and efficiency gains • Drive continuous improvement through metrics, data-driven insights, maturity assessments, and quality audits • Ensure execution aligns with approved transformation plans, timelines, and quality standards • Define, enhance, and maintain the high-level RACI model governing transformation activities across Gainwell and partner stakeholders • Ensure RACI alignment with contractual responsibilities and governance forums • Define E2E STLC processes and ensure rollout of processes, playbooks, frameworks/accelerators, training, tool adoption, and capability enablement initiatives • Integrate transformation activities with active programs without negatively impacting delivery • Establish governance cadence for performance tracking, reporting, and benefits realization • Monitor metrics adoption and address resistance through targeted interventions • Monitor execution progress, risks, and dependencies across multiple programs, ensuring timely resolution and escalation • Partner with TMO, Delivery Leadership, Process and Technology COEs, and vendor partners • Provide executive-level updates on transformation progress, risks, and outcomes • Optimize and govern ALM usage through tracking, reporting, and lifecycle adherence • Track automation implementation, expansion, and maturity uplift

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in testing, quality engineering, or technology delivery • 5 years of delivery experience in Medicaid/Medicare programs/projects • 3–5+ years of experience in transformation, process improvement, or CoE initiatives • Hands-on experience in scripting E2E STLC processes • Strong understanding of STLC, ALM tools, automation frameworks, and TMMi testing model • Experience working in multi-vendor environments with RACI-based governance models • Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives and drive change adoption
