📋 Description

• Execute the enterprise transformation strategy across Testing Services • Define roadmaps, milestones, priorities, and success criteria • Coordinate transformation activities across delivery teams, stakeholders, and partner organizations • Execute communication and change adoption strategies • Implement and track transformation success metrics, including quality, productivity, automation, AI implementation, talent refresh, ALM adoption, compliance, and efficiency gains • Drive continuous improvement using metrics, data-driven insights, maturity assessments, and quality audits • Maintain the high-level RACI model and ensure alignment with contractual responsibilities and governance forums • Define and roll out E2E STLC processes, playbooks, frameworks, training, tool adoption, and capability enablement initiatives • Integrate transformation activities with active programs while protecting delivery outcomes • Establish governance cadence for performance tracking, reporting, and benefits realization • Monitor adoption, execution progress, risks, and dependencies; resolve or escalate issues • Partner with TMO, Delivery Leadership, Process and Technology COEs, and vendor partners • Provide executive-level updates on transformation progress, risks, and outcomes • Optimize and govern ALM usage • Track automation implementation, expansion, and maturity uplift

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in testing, quality engineering, or technology delivery • 5 years of delivery experience in Medicaid/Medicare programs/projects • 3–5+ years of experience in transformation, process improvement, or CoE initiatives • Hands-on experience scripting E2E STLC processes • Strong understanding of STLC, ALM tools, automation frameworks, and TMMi testing model • Experience working in multi-vendor environments with RACI-based governance models • Ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives and drive change adoption
