🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years operating in consumer marketplaces, ticketing, travel, or similar businesses • Experience with AI-powered CX systems (chatbots, automated resolution, proactive deflection) • Proven track record on post-purchase metrics (cancel rate, contact rate, CSAT) • Strong understanding of the unit economics of CX operations • Executive presence comfortable on the leadership team
