📋 Description

• Lead monthly GTM reporting, including pipeline generation, conversion, CAC, and pipe-to-spend by channel, with variance analysis for leadership • Own the GTM budget and re-forecast cycle, including the demand-generation envelope and in-year channel reallocations • Build and own the pipeline coverage model by segment and channel to hit bookings targets • Own GTM unit economics, including CAC, payback, LTV, and net revenue retention by segment, plus measurement standards • Partner on sales capacity planning, including quota coverage, representative ramp, territory productivity, and required headcount • Partner with the CRO and CMO as the finance counterpart in pipeline reviews, channel decisions, and budget reallocations • Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis for new business opportunities • Report to the Director, FP&A • Help build scalable processes and inform company strategy through financial analysis

🎯 Requirements

• 4-8+ years of experience, ideally in investment banking, private equity, or GTM / sales finance at a high-growth startup • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Salesforce reporting, and AI tooling • Demonstrated experience owning GTM forecasting and modeling is nice to have • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment • Strong communication and presentation skills • Ability to partner effectively across departments • Demonstrated ability to improve processes and build scalable reporting infrastructure • Comfort operating where attribution is imperfect and ability to propose fixes • Intellectual curiosity and a structured, problem-solving approach • Proactive, hands-on mindset with willingness to take ownership • Must be able to work without employer visa sponsorship
