📋 Description

• Increase organizational performance through the design, development, implementation and adoption of talent development and training initiatives • Lead the annual talent development cycle, including goal setting, coaching, performance management, and goal achievement review • Lead the annual talent review process, including future-needs identification, talent calibration, and development of high-potential individuals • Lead bench and succession planning processes throughout all organizational levels • Collaborate with Global Learning & Development on global initiatives and annual programs • Lead the full training cycle, including needs assessment, curriculum design, module development, execution, delivery, and measurement • Ensure an integrated training strategy that improves competencies and accelerates time to proficiency/productivity • Oversee training delivery mechanisms, including instructors, vendors, contractors, online systems, and learning management systems • Sponsor technology and systems supporting talent and people development initiatives and processes • Identify and ensure integration of talent and people development tools within broader system architecture • Provide annual budget recommendations and business cases for talent and people development investments, including labor, development, systems, and travel costs

🎯 Requirements

• 4-year degree in related field (i.e. Human Resources; I/O Psychology; Instructional Design; etc.) or significant related experience • Graduate degree preferred • 10+ years experience in people development and/or training design in an organization of equivalent or greater scale • 5+ years in a senior management role • Thinking – Information Search and analysis & problem resolution skills • Engaging – Understanding others, Team Leadership and Developing People • Inspiring – Influencing and building relationships, Motivating and Inspiring, Communicating effectively • Achieving – Delivering business results under pressure, Championing Performance Improvement and Customer Focus • Demonstrated values of Excellence, Passion, Responsibility and Respect • Ability to perform essential functions with reasonable accommodations where applicable
