📋 Description

• Lead systems-level architecture, design, integration, initial lab/field testing, site deployment, and knowledge transfer for NGG Zero Trust capabilities • Direct and synchronize cross-functional Integrated Product Teams across networking, compute/storage, hardware integration, software integration, and cybersecurity • Define and own the Zero Trust technical approach covering identity, access, segmentation, visibility, and policy enforcement • Ensure solution maturity through subsystem design documentation, testing, and enterprise deployment • Drive requirements management, risk identification and mitigation, test planning, operational transition, and lifecycle systems engineering • Coordinate RMF/JSIG alignment, eMASS/A&A activities, STIG enforcement, asset and product support form submissions, and contract data deliverables • Prepare and deliver briefings, technical decision papers, and roadmap recommendations for senior military and civilian leadership • Support engineering integration, design reviews, site surveys, site preparation, equipment installation, and deployment • Travel to Hanscom AFB, CONUS, and OCONUS base locations as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Secret clearance must currently be possessed and final Secret clearance required; TS with SCI eligibility preferred • US citizenship required • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field; experience may be substituted for education • Minimum 10 years of enterprise IT engineering and architecture experience • Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams through design, integration, test, and fielding • Experience leading IPTs spanning networking, compute and store, hardware integration, software integration, and cybersecurity • Experience supporting an engineering team to develop, integrate, and deliver a Zero Trust solution • Experience with executive communications for O-6/GS-15 level stakeholders • Experience as Lead Systems Engineer or Chief Engineer on a large, complex DoD acquisition program preferred • Prior leadership of teams delivering Zero Trust solutions across multi-enclave environments preferred • Experience supporting AFLCMC/HNIB environments and coordinating with joint/service component stakeholders preferred • Cloud and enterprise architecture experience, such as AWS/Azure, enterprise network modernization, architecture roadmaps, and governance preferred • Azure or AWS Solution Architect preferred • Active CISSP or CSSIP preferred • Microsoft Certified Windows Server Hybrid Administrator preferred • Ability to travel 25–50%
