📋 Description

• Lead the architecture, design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle ERP solutions • Manage transition from legacy finance systems • Modernize enterprise systems and coordinate legacy data archiving and decommissioning • Manage complex data conversion projects into current financial systems • Design and implement Oracle EBS and Oracle ERP Cloud solutions for scalability, performance, and reliability • Analyze and document functional and technical requirements with business stakeholders • Design integration frameworks using Oracle Integration Cloud, REST/SOAP APIs, and Fusion Middleware • Manage configuration, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Financials, Procurement, and Supply Chain • Lead migration strategies and data integration efforts between financial systems • Research and recommend tools to streamline data migration • Develop and manage legacy-system archiving, tracking, coordination, and decommissioning processes • Coordinate migration of legacy applications, capabilities, and data into Oracle ERP platforms • Establish governance and quality frameworks for legacy transitions • Plan, design, and execute data conversion projects • Define data mapping, cleansing, transformation, quality, consistency, and integrity practices • Oversee testing, validation, and reconciliation of converted data • Ensure historical data is archived effectively while maintaining regulatory compliance and business continuity • Serve as a subject matter expert on ERP systems, data conversion, legacy archiving, and compliance • Mentor teams and guide ERP deployment and data transformation best practices • Partner with analysts, functional leads, developers, and IT teams to deliver integrated solutions • Coordinate cross-functional efforts across project phases • Monitor and optimize Oracle ERP solutions, legacy systems, and data conversion pipelines • Implement automation for data migration and legacy archiving • Troubleshoot performance issues and recommend enhancements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; in lieu of degree, 4 additional years of related work experience required • Minimum of 15+ years of professional experience in Oracle EBS, Oracle ERP Cloud, and enterprise system architecture • Strong expertise with Oracle Financials, procurement, and supply chain applications • Experience with data migration methodologies and tools • Hands-on experience managing large-scale data conversion or migration projects into Oracle ERP platforms • Proficiency in Oracle development tools, including SQL and PL/SQL • Proficiency in Oracle Analytics, including OTBI and BI Publisher • Proficiency in middleware technologies • Proven experience managing legacy system lifecycle processes, including data archiving, accessibility, and decommissioning • Strong understanding of data governance, compliance standards, and data integrity best practices • Exceptional project management skills for complex multi-stakeholder projects • US Person • Oracle certifications are preferred • Knowledge of financial data architecture and legacy system transitions is preferred • Familiarity with legacy data archiving and decommissioning tools is preferred • Experience with enterprise integrations, web services, APIs, and Oracle Integration Cloud is preferred • Less than 10% travel required
