📋 Description

• Implement network requirements to meet customer and program objectives • Create device mappings in compliance with customer VLAN microsegmentation requirements for facility deployments • Troubleshoot OCI connections to the IHS network, VLAN configurations, system-to-system interface connections, protocols, and PPSM topics • Collaborate with cybersecurity to align with NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, PPSM, and IHS agency policies • Collect artifacts for ATO approvals • Develop strategies for routing network traffic with IHS and GDIT Network and Cybersecurity teams • Work with IHS and GDIT Configuration Management and Change Management teams • Participate in cross-functional teams implementing emerging vendor capabilities and greenfield initiatives • Maintain current knowledge of rapidly changing technology • Work with management to evolve current processes • Support the federal Indian Health Service PATH EHR modernization program

🎯 Requirements

• Skills: Cloud Networking, Microsegmentation, Networks, Virtual Networking, Zero Trust Architecture • 8+ years of related experience • Experience with FedRAMP-authorized cloud environment (OCI preferred) • Prior experience with networking and cybersecurity for large Federal program • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • 8+ years of experience supporting medium-to-large IT projects • Training/education/experience in task coordination • Functional knowledge of IT project management concepts and tools • Ability to travel up to 25% of the year, if needed • Experience with OCI preferred; Federal instances of OCI a bonus • Experience with the Oracle Health (Cerner Millennium) system preferred • Task management experience and/or skills • Ability to communicate and interact effectively with internal/external teams, stakeholders, customer teams, and/or executive leadership • Ability to work and support the work of others across multiple U.S. time zones • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and within tight deadlines • Ability to follow detailed written policies, processes, procedures, and work instructions • Ability to produce high-quality documentation • Must be able to obtain a SSBI (T5) public trust clearance • Residency in the U.S. for 3 of the last 5 years required for the clearance • U.S. citizenship is not required
