📋 Description

• Support creation and delivery of high-quality materials explaining data analytic results, educational materials, and other program communications • Support overall quality management by working with authors, subject matter experts, and peers • Apply the quality management process during development and delivery of program outputs • Review materials and communications for compliance with established quality standards • Provide authors feedback on changes needed to meet quality standards • Collaborate with clients, program leadership, and task areas to identify and capture quality requirements • Assist in developing and maintaining quality management processes meeting client and GDIT standards • Proofread and edit client-facing and public-facing communications • Perform document audits and reviews, including documenting findings, remediation, and dispositioning • Manage and track numerous simultaneous efforts and prioritize workload for timely, accurate completion

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree; work experience in lieu of degree will be considered • 2+ years of related experience • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite • Intermediate skills with Adobe Acrobat Pro • Intermediate skills with SharePoint, including document sharing and version control • Familiarity with Jira/Confluence • Federal, state, or private payer healthcare industry experience • Experience proofreading and editing client-facing and public-facing communications • Ability to understand client requirements and align deliverables with communication style and voice requirements • Experience performing document audits/reviews, including documenting findings, remediation, and dispositioning • Ability to manage and track numerous diverse simultaneous efforts and prioritize workload • Strong writing skills • Strong interpersonal communications skills • Strong attention to detail • Experience with Section 508 conformance preferred • Experience with CommonLook Suite preferred • Experience with Box preferred • No security clearance required • U.S. citizenship not required • Less than 10% travel required • Scheduled for 40 hours per week
