📋 Description

• Design and execute comprehensive testing strategies and define testing requirements, objectives, and scope • Develop and execute unit, functional, integrated, regression, and workflow testing • Define testing goals, test cases, test scripts, and expected outcomes • Identify and prepare test patients and other testing scenarios • Track testing outcomes, issues, and defects • Partner with development/build teams to improve quality and address testing issues • Communicate software enhancements, fixes, and known issues in written and verbal formats • Support high-quality Epic releases through hands-on testing, documentation, troubleshooting, and communication • Perform other duties as assigned • Travel nationally for Go-Live installations or training as required

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience working in a healthcare setting using technology in daily work, or 2 years of experience testing software used in a healthcare setting • At least 2–3 years of experience working as an Epic Analyst or equivalent in testing and troubleshooting • Epic ClinDoc background highly preferred • Epic experience in Prelude, RTE, MyChart, Resolute HB, Claims, Dorothy/Comfort, and EpicCare Ambulatory preferred • Completion of a 50–60-minute competency assessment before the team interview • Reading, speaking, writing, and understanding English • Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office • High-speed internet service • Ability to work in a distraction-free workplace • Willingness and ability to travel nationally, potentially up to 20%, for on-site Go-Live support • COVID-19 vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption required before hire
