📋 Description

• Lead, manage, and support development of instructor-led and virtual learning content • Collaborate with government agencies, subject matter experts, and instructional designers to gather requirements • Build innovative training programs and content • Plan, develop, manage, and evaluate in-person, online, and hybrid software training programs • Use webinars, web-based training, in-person instructor-led training, user guides, and online help systems • Design and develop engaging learning experiences for software implementation • Support multiple GDIT contracts • Ensure training and supporting documentation are converted into Section 508-compliant products

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science • 5+ years of related experience • Excellent understanding and application of all phases of the ADDIE process • Knowledge and application of adult learning theory • Working knowledge of Section 508 compliance • Experience converting training and supporting documentation into Section 508-compliant products • U.S. citizenship required; permanent residents are not eligible • Must successfully achieve a full CBP Tier 4 background investigation before beginning work • No clearance currently required • NACI (T1) public trust/other requirement • Less than 10% travel required • Ability to work 40 scheduled hours weekly
