📋 Description

• Lead Regional Service Delivery teams responsible for payroll processes, time and attendance, and related regional services • Define immediate and future support needs, service models, and operational frameworks • Manage payroll queries from employees, managers, and HRM stakeholders • Administer payroll processes and manage outsourced payroll service delivery metrics • Oversee management, documentation, and communication of regional payroll programs, policies, and procedures • Manage payroll calculations for wages, deductions, and employee payments • Define payroll schedules, reconciliations, special processing plans, and documentation of business and local requirements • Monitor regional government regulations and labor-law changes affecting payroll processes • Manage regional employee records, including tax documents and employee files • Oversee and review reconciliations and reports • Lead planning and implementation of multiple large-scale transition efforts • Provide expert support and service delivery for regional payroll and time & attendance programs • Lead compliance, productivity, and efficiency initiatives for payroll and time & attendance systems • Organize knowledge sharing on new approaches and best practices • Influence stakeholders and providers to deliver strategic priorities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing a large payroll function • Specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise with payroll systems; Workday payroll experience strongly preferred • Experience with time and attendance systems, ideally in manufacturing environments • Established project management skills; ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs • Strong oral and written communication skills • Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural skills • Experience providing independent technical guidance and counsel to HR stakeholders • Strong consultative skills and ability to influence, advise, and guide others • Ability to offer new solutions and provide recommendations • Demonstrated judgment in making decisions and handling complex tasks or problems • Ability to assess information quality and ask pertinent stakeholder questions • Ability to transfer knowledge and develop others through coaching and mentoring • Ability to work independently while leading, guiding, and/or coordinating others within a defined budget • Logical, structured, and process-oriented thinking • Detail- and numerically oriented with analytical and problem-solving skills • Understanding of finance for business • Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable; employees may be subject to random and reasonable-suspicion drug and alcohol testing
