📋 Description

• Support the design, development, and maintenance of AI-enabled workflows and software applications • Assist with integrating AI/ML models into application environments • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and contribute to AI-driven solutions • Help develop orchestration logic and automation workflows for AI use cases • Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code under team guidance and development standards • Support testing, monitoring, and improvement of AI systems and software applications • Stay current with emerging AI, LLM, and software development practices • Attend in-person New Hire Orientation on Day 1

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or STEM majors • Minimum of 1 year of experience in software engineering, AI/ML, data science, or a related technical field • Valid LinkedIn profile • Coursework, internship, co-op, or project experience in software development and/or AI/ML • Foundational programming skills in Python • Familiarity with GitHub, JupyterHub, or Visual Studio • Interest in building AI-driven applications and learning how to deploy models in software environments • Exposure to prompt engineering, model evaluation, or applied AI concepts • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus • Exposure to Docker or Kubernetes is a plus • Exposure to LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar is a plus • Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts, including LLMs • Ability to communicate effectively with technical team members and stakeholders • Must meet U.S. Person status requirements to access U.S. export-controlled information • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable • May be subject to random and reasonable-suspicion drug and alcohol testing
