📋 Description

• Perform preventative maintenance, installations, troubleshooting, and repairs on life-changing medical equipment • Assist customers in using instruments and systems • Provide educational programs and train customers on computerized systems • Troubleshoot customer complaints and perform necessary repairs • Develop effective solutions for complex customer requirements with service engineering team members and other staff • Develop and maintain customer relationships • Conduct intake meetings at customer sites to understand needs, establish service plans, and set expectations • Coordinate multiple priorities and complete assigned tasks within established timeframes • Use data analysis and knowledge-base resources to resolve customer issues and identify opportunities • Maintain documentation for services performed, including troubleshooting steps and test equipment results • Perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree, military education, or High School Diploma/GED with 6+ years of experience servicing electrical equipment • 2+ years of experience servicing medical equipment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Strong communication skills • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical issues • Valid driver's license • Availability after-hours and/or for a rotating on-call schedule, including weekends • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 35 lbs. unassisted • Ability to frequently bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch or squat, kneel or crawl, and sit and stand for long periods • Ability to reach at, above, and below shoulder level; flex or extend neck; and demonstrate good hand and finger dexterity • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Must not require employment visa sponsorship now or in the future • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
