📋 Description

• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with assigned Nielsen Families/Households • Install Nielsen measurement equipment in newly assigned Nielsen Families/Households • Identify problems and troubleshoot data/equipment • Interact with people in their homes for several hours • Travel locally for up to 50% of the time • Drive for up to 8 hours per day • Work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions • Navigate stairs, elevators, walkways, driveways, and varied home entrances • Lift television sets and equipment up to 30 lbs

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish • Reside in the North Denver area • Must be able to read and write in English • Ability to bend and lift television sets • Technical skills, including consumer electronics, software systems, and networking knowledge • Superior customer service skills • Organizational and time management skills • Ability to identify problems and troubleshoot data/equipment • Minimum high school diploma/GED or 2+ years equivalent work experience • Valid driver’s license • Willingness and ability to work outside in all weather conditions, year-round • Ability to go door-to-door into people’s homes • Ability to navigate stairs, elevators, walkways, and paved and unpaved driveways • Ability to interact with people in their homes for several hours • Ability to travel locally for up to 50% of the time • Ability to drive for up to 8 hours per day • Ability to stand for up to 6 hours per day • Ability to kneel for up to 2 hours per day • Ability to climb stairs • Ability to walk half a mile • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
