GenLogs is a Truck Intelligence SaaS platform that aggregates roadside sensors, satellite imagery, license-plate and vehicle-marking recognition, and millions of additional data points to deliver ground-truth, real-time visibility on motor carriers and commercial vehicles across the U. S. The platform is aimed at brokers, shippers, insurers, and law enforcement, and is used for carrier sourcing and vetting, compliance and fraud detection, underwriting and claims investigation, and locating and recovering stolen assets without relying solely on FMCSA or self-reported data.

📋 Description

• Clearly articulate GenLogs' core capabilities so customers can extract optimal value from the platform and data • Compile and share tailored examples and demonstrations for brokerage, insurance, carrier, and government customers • Simplify complex data capabilities through storytelling and connect them to business impact • Meet with high-value current and prospective customers, including roughly 1–2 trips per month • Lead discovery to uncover high-value use cases, problems, and pain points • Answer detailed technical questions during the sales process and steer conversations toward value • Identify and prioritize valuable problems using GenLogs data and business context • Rapidly develop proof-of-concept solutions to demonstrate value and validate direction • Develop technical requirements and build working prototypes • Partner with data scientists and engineers to turn POCs into robust, scalable production solutions • Guide technical teams and help establish innovative capabilities • Channel customer feedback internally to inform technical priorities and development • Advocate for customer value and align internal focus with marketplace demand • Partner with product, engineering, data science, sales, and leadership teams • Become deeply familiar with GenLogs' data environment, capabilities, and constraints • Build and maintain reusable demos, examples, reference solutions, and narratives

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience translating technical depth into business value • Excellent communication and storytelling skills for technical and non-technical audiences • Strong SQL skills • Comfort working directly in Snowflake or an equivalent modern cloud data warehouse • Ability to independently explore, model, and reason through large, complex datasets • Ability to rapidly build prototypes and data applications using Python and Streamlit or comparable tooling • Demonstrated ability to develop technical requirements and guide technical teams from concept through a working, scalable solution • Strong initiative and self-direction • Comfort operating with ambiguity in a fast-moving environment • Willingness and ability to travel to customers roughly 1–2 times per month • Prior consulting or professional services background preferred • Direct, confident customer-facing experience, ideally as a solutions architect, sales engineer, or technical expert in a sales cycle • Domain experience in freight, logistics, supply chain, transportation, or insurance/underwriting • Familiarity with fraud, risk, or anomaly-detection use cases • Experience feeding customer insight into product roadmaps and prioritization
