📋 Description

• Serve as a senior, consultative marketing technology architect across multiple platforms and solutions • Lead scalable, data-driven marketing technology architectures for B2B and B2C customer journeys • Architect solutions spanning CDP, marketing automation, journey orchestration, analytics, personalization, and CRM integrations • Provide architectural guidance across Adobe platforms and complementary technologies • Translate business objectives into platform architectures, data models, integration patterns, and activation strategies • Advise clients on platform selection, roadmap planning, and architectural tradeoffs • Contribute to discovery, solutioning, delivery oversight, workshops, demos, and executive presentations • Partner with delivery teams to ensure alignment with architectural intent and best practices • Support escalation, troubleshooting, and course correction on complex marketing technology programs • Support pursuits, pitches, account expansion, pre-sales solutioning, estimates, and solution narratives • Develop packaged offerings, accelerators, and repeatable solution patterns • Collaborate with Adobe and other MarTech platform partners • Guide marketing technology governance models, operating models, and Centers of Excellence • Define best practices for data stewardship, consent management, orchestration, and measurement • Provide marketing technology thought leadership • Mentor architects and senior practitioners and contribute to internal enablement and best-practice playbooks • Promote information security awareness and practices • Identify, assess, and report security risks • Evaluate data storage, processing, and transmission for privacy compliance • Ensure data protection throughout the information lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• 10 or more years of experience designing, architecting, and delivering marketing technology solutions • 3 or more years of experience in a digital-first, global delivery agency or consultancy • Deep experience with Adobe Experience Cloud, including Adobe Experience Platform, Journey Optimizer, Marketo Engage, and Customer Journey Analytics • Working knowledge of Salesforce, Braze, Iterable, or similar non-Adobe MarTech platforms • Strong understanding of CRM, CDP, analytics, identity, and data integration patterns • Proven ability to operate in a consultative, client-facing role while maintaining billable delivery responsibilities • Demonstrated success translating complex technical ecosystems into measurable business outcomes • Excellent executive communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
