📋 Description

• Work closely with Partner Sales Managers to support sales with highly technical Microsoft Channel Partners and Managed Service Providers • Help Nerdio partners with their first several account implementations • Assist Nerdio Support Engineers with trouble tickets and problem solving • Collaborate with technical team members to maintain, design, and enhance current tools and processes • Contribute to the technical knowledge base and documentation • Contribute to product enhancements and new features • Collaborate on meaningful metrics for go-lives, partner implementation, and MRR goals • Conduct Azure Virtual Desktop deployments, troubleshooting, and technical demos

🎯 Requirements

• Prior Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) deployments • Experience with Intune, FSLogix, and Active Directory (AAD, Azure AD DS, AD DS) • Excellent troubleshooting skills • Fast-paced mentality and ability to make decisions quickly • Works with a sense of high urgency • Ability to work and deliver excellent results within short cycle times • Comfortable working with highly technical customers • Tolerates a high degree of uncertainty and change • Experience conducting technical product demos • Experience with virtualization technologies, preferably Azure Virtual Desktop • Experience with Microsoft networking and applications, including Active Directory, Exchange, SQL, and Terminal Services • Experience with firewalls, VPNs, and TCP/IP networking • Experience with shared storage systems, including SAN and NAS • Project management and planning experience • Competent understanding of networking layers and resources • Completed a degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline
