📋 Description

• Manage the entire scope of site activities during ITO and/or OTR phases under the direction of the overall project leader • Lead the site team and manage execution of project scope of work • Manage multiple project sites when applicable • Ensure schedule, quality, and cost comply with contractual obligations, company policy, and local regulations • Support construction, building, and commissioning activities at customer sites from mobilization through civil, erection, and commissioning work • Serve as a best-practice and quality resource • Contribute to strategy and policy development and delivery within the area of responsibility • Analyze data and provide recommendations • Make operational, product management, manufacturing, technology, or engineering decisions • Act as a resource for less-experienced colleagues • Lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements • Explain difficult or sensitive information and build consensus • Influence others on topics within the field • Document, plan, market, and execute programs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical from an accredited university or college, or high school diploma/GED with at least 7 years of experience in substation construction, site installation, and commissioning with deep understanding of electrical design • Minimum 3 years of advanced experience in substation construction, site installation, and commissioning with deep understanding of electrical design • Site safety experience • OSHA knowledge or experience • Ability to travel approximately 90% throughout the United States • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills • Ability to analyze and resolve problems • Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs • Established project management skills • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
