• Develop effective relationships with assigned Mazda dealers and Mazda colleagues to improve dealer service and parts operations • Develop and assist in executing action plans to improve customer experience, service retention, and dealer profitability • Provide service drive training, customer arrival and write-up guidance, service selling skills, appointment-process support, vehicle redelivery guidance, and workshop capacity and efficiency improvement • Perform profitability analysis, reviews, and consultation with dealership management • Review reports, scores, trends, and customer comments to identify gaps and recommend best practices, sustainment, and follow-up • Recommend and consult with dealers to increase service traffic and wholesale parts and accessory business • Assist with marketing messages and dealer merchandising across digital, SEM, social, and other platforms • Support and implement national and regional service and parts marketing plans and initiatives • Achieve assigned parts sales objectives • Review reports and results in preparation for weekly dealer visits • Assist dealers with compliance with MNAO policies • Direct dealers to resources for resolving parts supply, customer experience, Mazda program, vendor, and supplier concerns • Document regular, timely dealer contacts in the Dealer Business Contact System • Perform other region-specific duties assigned by management
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, automotive technology, marketing, or related discipline preferred, or equivalent work experience • Minimum of 4+ years of experience with a proven track record of success • 2+ years of experience in a sales-related capacity • Previous wholesale automotive experience preferred • Retail experience a plus • 3+ years in a demonstrated leadership role • Valid driver's license for state of residence required • Satisfactory driving record as determined by the Company • Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Strong business acumen in dealership operations • Effective oral and written communication • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with dealers, staff, and senior management • Computer knowledge, including spreadsheet and internet applications • Ability to travel daily and visit dealers weekly
