📋 Description

• Assist in developing and implement the Site-Specific Quality Plan (SSQP) • Manage project-level QA/QC processes in accordance with company policies, project specifications, and industry standards • Assist in developing the Inspection Test Plan (ITP) • Enforce company-wide Quality Management System (QMS) standards • Conduct inspections and internal, process, and documentation audits across civil, mechanical, electrical, and commissioning activities • Document findings and verify corrective actions are implemented • Identify, report, and manage nonconformance issues and quality deficiencies • Lead root cause analysis and develop corrective and preventive action plans • Organize and maintain QA/QC documentation and generate quality metrics reports • Use SOLV Energy’s proprietary Sunscreen quality inspection software • Review subcontractor QA plans and audit subcontractor work • Ensure materials and equipment meet specifications • Facilitate lessons-learned meetings and provide feedback to engineering and procurement teams • Conduct post-construction reviews and add lessons learned to the training repository • Ensure site activities comply with contracts, manufacturer instructions, codes, and regulations • Manage quality inspection teams and liaise with clients, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years in utility-scale solar quality management • In-depth knowledge of utility-scale photovoltaic systems • Knowledge of civil construction and electrical and mechanical codes • Knowledge of QA/QC methodologies • Quality management certifications such as ASQ Certified Auditor, ISO 9001, or Six Sigma highly desirable • OSHA 10 or 30 certification highly desirable • Experience with project management software such as Procore or Primavera P6 • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook • Strong analytical problem-solving abilities • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proven leadership capabilities • Must be able to travel frequently • Must be able to work on-site at remote project locations for extended periods
