📋 Description

• Build standardized term sheets for commercial offerings including Feasibility, Pre-FEED, FEED, LLI, and Project Delivery Pre-FID Contracts • Revise term sheets based on marketplace outcomes, maturation of scopes of supply, and evolving company risk limits and thresholds • Develop draft terms and conditions for Pre-FID Contracts • Provide guidance in developing the Operating and Maintenance Agreement • Develop contract terms deviation approval risk matrices and required approval levels • Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to determine contracting approaches by product maturity, geographic area, and customer • Identify acceptable obligations, liabilities, and fallback positions for GVH • Develop risk allocation strategies for utilities, governments, hyperscalers, and developers across GVH product offerings • Create commercial strategies for opportunities and communicate them to the contracts organization • Support the contracts organization as an initial escalation point during negotiations • Develop and deliver commercial training covering GVH offerings, contracting phases, standardized terms, deviations, and risk avoidance

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Project Development, and/or Sales & Proposals • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college • Ability and willingness to travel 35–50% of the time • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems • Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs • Established project management skills • Ability to obtain authorization for access to U.S. export-controlled information, if applicable • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
