📋 Description

• Advise People Leaders and employees on local HR topics within Corporate Finance, Digital Technology, and Business Development • Coach and support People Leaders on complex issues • Promote an inclusive, safety-first culture • Participate in local leadership teams as HR representative and advise on HR matters • Foster positive culture by embedding GEV values in local HR initiatives • Enhance employee engagement and the overall employee experience • Share employee insights and people data with HRBPs and People Leaders • Guide requests through appropriate self-service channels and educate employees on new ways of working • Liaise with onsite/in-country People Operations to resolve complex Tier 1 queries • Act as local HR expert to People Leaders, HRBPs, and Centers of Excellence • Manage employee relations issues and everyday grievance matters • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence on sensitive matters and corrective actions • Advise and support labor relations, unions, and works council activities where applicable • Ensure compliance with local regulations, laws, and policies • Execute the workforce and talent agenda established by HRBPs • Support local HR projects and change initiatives • Support People Leaders and employees with HR initiatives across the talent lifecycle • Provide inputs to HR discipline decisions based on local knowledge and expertise

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university • Minimum of 3 years work experience in Human Resources function • Experience with responsibilities such as recruiting, training, compensation, benefits, employee development or performance management • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make independent decisions • Ability to manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment • Extensive understanding and knowledge of local labor laws and government requirements • Demonstrated experience in applying HR policies • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation skills • Applies solid judgment ensuring integrity, compliance, and confidentiality • Strong interest in innovative HR solutions and process improvement • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
