📋 Description

• Lead customer service management and fleet management processes • Report to the Services Leader of GE Vernova’s Solar and Storage Solutions business • Manage storage (BESS) and solar power segment customers • Manage warranty obligations, service agreements, and spare parts and services orders • Drive customer satisfaction through communication, order management, contract compliance, and meeting safety, quality, and delivery expectations • Manage spares orders, action plans, safety, quality, schedule, cost, margin, cash flow, and risks • Communicate goals, deliverables, strategies, risks, and opportunities internally within GE • Collaborate with internal GE functions and business entities to manage service orders and activities • Protect GE’s reputation and technology in the marketplace • Promote a diverse and inclusive work environment focused on excellence in project and service management metrics • Travel up to 30%

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (Engineering preferred) OR High School diploma/GED and 5 years of field service experience • Minimum 3 years of customer management experience • Storage or Solar power plant sales, design, procurement, project management, construction, operations, maintenance, and/or service experience • Fluent in the English language • Strong oral and written communication skills • Ability to understand technical and commercial conversations • Proven track record of leading multi-cultural teams • Strong interpersonal and influence skills • Ability to work under pressure • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable • Up to 30% travel required
