📋 Description

• Oversee small- to medium-sized non-turnkey, equipment-only, suites-of-products, or product/equipment-only projects • Provide direct or indirect leadership and/or management of project resources • Manage project delivery, profit and loss accountability, customer satisfaction, project activities, and resources • Develop specialized knowledge and serve as a best-practice and quality resource • Monitor technical developments and contribute to strategy and policy development • Ensure delivery within the area of responsibility • Apply project management best practices and understand integration with other functions • Analyze data and use technical expertise to support recommendations • Make decisions and solve moderately complex operational, product management, manufacturing, technology, or engineering problems • Lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements • Explain difficult or sensitive information and build consensus • Influence stakeholders on topics within the field

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of experience in the relevant Job Family Group(s)/Function(s) for U.S.-based roles • Significant experience in Project Management and Project Management for roles outside the USA • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills • Ability to analyze and resolve problems • Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs • Established project management skills • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information; authorization from the U.S. Government may be required • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
