📋 Description

• Oversee small- to medium-sized non-turnkey, equipment-only, product-suite, or non-turnkey projects • Provide direct or indirect leadership and/or management of project resources • Manage project delivery, profit and loss accountability, and customer satisfaction • Develop specialized knowledge and serve as a best-practice and quality resource • Contribute to strategy and policy development and ensure delivery within the area of responsibility • Analyze data and use technical expertise to support recommendations • Make decisions and solve moderately complex operational, product management, manufacturing, technology, or engineering problems • Lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements • Explain difficult or sensitive information and build consensus • Influence colleagues and stakeholders on topics within the field

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in Project Management for roles outside the USA • Master's degree from an accredited university or college, or high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of experience in the relevant job family/function for USA roles • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills • Ability to analyze and resolve problems • Ability to lead programs/projects • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs • Established project management skills • Ability to obtain authorization for access to U.S. export-controlled information, if applicable • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
