📋 Description

• Guide business and IT teams through transformation and optimization initiatives • Support strategy formation using the Services value stream framework • Manage the Services Outage Execution portfolio for Gas Power Global Services • Lead a team and own the Services Outage Execution process and associated application portfolio • Oversee performance, maintenance, and optimization of applications supporting outage workflows • Evaluate processes, identify gaps, and evolve IT solutions to meet business requirements • Lead proactive provisioning and lifecycle management of IT equipment, hardware, and PCs for a mobile customer-facing workforce • Define and implement onsite connectivity solutions for field teams • Establish and enforce deployment protocols ensuring field employees are site-ready • Identify, develop business cases for, and execute technology programs improving field productivity • Lead efforts to improve data accessibility and visibility using AI • Translate business challenges into technical solutions and manage delivery from concept through field implementation • Align IT initiatives with outage milestones and customer satisfaction • Partner with operations and field service leaders to deliver technology for successful site execution

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology areas • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience • Proven track record of setting targets, executing a plan, and delivering results • Experience solving business problems with technology • Ability to plan and provide structure and organization in a fast-paced, changing environment • Ability to manage risk and uncertainty for self and team • Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills • Ability to decompose problems and make decisions when problems or solutions are not 100% defined • Ability to evaluate products and processes for compliance • Ability to measure the impact of trends and take action • Ability to interact at all organizational levels and with GE businesses and partners • Experience leading and influencing across a complex, global matrix organization • Ability to identify and remove project obstacles or barriers • Critical thinking, analytical skills, and disciplined approaches to issue resolution and solution definition • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Ability to interface confidently and clearly with senior leadership • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
