📋 Description

• Guide business and IT teams through transformation and optimization initiatives • Support strategy formation using the Services value stream framework • Manage the Services Outage Execution process and associated application portfolio • Oversee performance, maintenance, and optimization of critical outage workflow applications • Evaluate processes, identify gaps, and evolve IT solutions for changing business requirements • Lead proactive provisioning and lifecycle management of IT equipment, hardware, and PCs for a mobile, customer-facing workforce • Define and implement onsite connectivity solutions for field teams • Establish and enforce deployment protocols ensuring field employees are site-ready • Identify, develop business cases for, and execute technology programs that increase field productivity • Lead efforts to improve data accessibility and visibility using AI • Translate business challenges into technical solutions and manage delivery through field implementation • Ensure IT initiatives support outage milestones and customer satisfaction • Partner with operations and field service leaders to deliver technology for successful site execution • Lead a team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology areas • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience • Proven track record of setting targets, executing a plan, and delivering results • Relevant experience solving business problems with technology • Ability to plan and provide structure and organization in a fast-paced, changing environment • Ability to manage risk and uncertainty for self and team • Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills • Ability to decompose problems and make decisions when problems or solutions are not 100% defined • Ability to evaluate products and processes for compliance • Ability to measure the impact of trends and take action • Ability to interact at all levels of the organization and with other GE businesses and partners • Demonstrated experience leading and influencing across a complex, global matrix organization • Ability to proactively identify and remove project obstacles or barriers • Critical thinking and disciplined approaches to resolve issues and define solutions • Ability to engage cross-functional teams to resolve issues and design solutions • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Ability to interface with senior leadership with confidence and clarity • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
