📋 Description

• Deliver comprehensive, strategic recruitment support across the entire hiring process • Partner with designated client groups to manage a diverse portfolio of open positions and achieve talent acquisition goals • Use advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage active and passive candidates • Screen candidates for technical expertise, cultural fit, and leadership potential • Provide strategic input on candidate selection • Guide and mentor junior recruiters on advanced sourcing and screening techniques • Present compelling career opportunities based on candidate motivations • Ensure an inclusive, equitable recruitment process and positive candidate experience • Promote GE Vernova’s talent brand through social media and content sharing • Build GE Vernova presence in targeted channels and create candidate engagement strategies and pipelines for hard-to-fill roles • Use recruitment data and market insights to improve recruitment strategies and recommend process optimizations • Manage and advise on end-to-end recruitment processes of varying complexity • Advise hiring managers and people leaders on market trends, recruitment strategies, and talent acquisition best practices • Lead complex offer negotiations and advise stakeholders on compensation benchmarks • Manage candidate and requisition lifecycles in the ATS accurately and promptly • Apply Lean principles to optimize recruitment processes, track KPIs, and drive continuous improvement • Participate in projects and adopt best practices • Track and optimize key performance metrics for effectiveness and process improvement

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment with expertise in sourcing, screening, managing complex offers, and advising stakeholders • 2+ years of consultative recruitment experience within the Conventional Power, Electric, or Renewable Energy industries, or another highly regulated, technical industry • 2+ years of proven experience identifying and sourcing talent for niche roles in Mechanical Systems, Instrumentation & Controls (I&C), Probabilistic Risk & Reliability, Systems Integration, Civil Structural, or other systems engineering specialties • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent knowledge or experience • Experience with Workday or similar Applicant Tracking System (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Neuron or other talent insights tool, Tableau, and AI bots such as ChatGPT • Strong advisory skills with ability to influence hiring strategies • Experience in change management, process optimization, and implementation • Strong strategic mindset with ability to think long-term and influence change • Advanced storytelling with data and trend information • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, especially in high-stakes offers • Proven leadership experience, including mentoring and coaching junior recruiters • In-depth knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and compensation benchmarks • Experience in both corporate and agency recruiting environments is preferred • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
