📋 Description

• Deliver comprehensive, strategic recruitment support across the entire hiring process • Partner with designated client groups to manage open positions • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage candidates • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior recruiters • Ensure the recruitment process is inclusive and delivers a positive candidate experience • Leverage recruitment data and market insights to enhance strategies • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for varying role complexities • Lead complex offer negotiations with candidates • Apply Lean principles to optimize recruitment processes

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment • 2+ years of consultative recruitment experience within the Conventional Power, Electric, or Renewable Energy industries • 2+ years of proven experience identifying and sourcing talent for niche roles in engineering disciplines • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent knowledge or experience • Experience with TA tools such as Workday or similar ATS • Strong advisory skills with the ability to influence hiring strategies • Experience in change management and process optimization • Strong strategic mindset • Advanced storytelling with data
