📋 Description

• Drive project technical development for the BoP product and secure execution • Analyze customer requirements, project needs, and interfaces between teams • Coordinate activities between internal and external stakeholders • Manage and harmonize technical documentation and interface data with partners • Manage interfaces between P&S packages and Generator, Turbine, and MIV • Act as the single point of contact and technical face for internal and external customers • Support the project from kick-off through unit completion, including engineering, procurement, erection, and commissioning phases • Ensure technical choices support overall product cost and performance • Ensure engineering deliverables are available according to project needs

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited university or college in Electrical (preferable) or Mechanical Engineering • Knowledge in hydro-power plant P&S design • Relevant experience in planning and management of work-packages • Fluent in Portuguese and English • French is a plus • Good communication skills • Team-player, positive and engaged contributor to the team • Comfortable in multicultural, global environments • Ability to perform inclusively in a diverse environment • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills • Ability to define action plans and set priorities • Rigorous follow-up • Curiosity and willingness to learn and adapt to business needs • Continuous improvement mindset • Ability to travel regularly
