📋 Description

• Scope customer environments and establish secure data ingestion pipelines via APIs, log shippers, and connectors • Review and resolve complex ingestion and transformation pipelines, write code, resolve schema nuances, and deploy fixes • Perform data quality assurance to verify log schema integrity and field alignment • Assist customers with feeding hypotheses and threat intelligence into AI models, troubleshooting output anomalies, and tuning model parameters • Map customer workflows and build tailored automation using webhooks, APIs, and scripting tools • Lead interactive training on Findings, Threat Hunting, and Detection Engineering • Design deployment plans and track technical success milestones with customers • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to manage deliverables, scope requirements, and mitigate onboarding risks • Translate customer feedback, feature requests, and bug reports into actionable development tickets

🎯 Requirements

• 4 or more years in technical onboarding, solutions engineering, or technical account management working directly with enterprise IT or Security operations • Ability to manage customers during an 8 week onboarding engagement • Ability to improve onboarding tasks and surface risks to Customer Success and Product teams • Strong knowledge of automation tools, SOAR platforms, webhooks, and CI/CD pipelines • Scripting knowledge, such as Python and Bash • Hands-on ability to troubleshoot database field mapping, JSON/SQL transformations, schema validations, and data pipelines • Preferred: experience with SIEM, XDR, EDR, threat hunting, or detection engineering frameworks such as SIGMA, YARA, and MITRE ATT&CK • Preferred: familiarity with Splunk, Snowflake, Elastic, or Microsoft Sentinel • Preferred: experience with Jira, Confluence, and Customer Success platforms • Preferred: knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP infrastructure, VPC architectures, security groups, and cloud network routing
