• Lead the strategy and delivery of comprehensive Total Rewards programs across the Power Segment • Advise executive leadership as a strategic partner and subject matter expert in compensation, benefits, and incentives • Evaluate, design, execute, and lead global Total Rewards programs aligned with organizational priorities • Develop and implement competitive global compensation practices and governance standards across GE Vernova Power • Collaborate with the Executive Compensation Team on executive compensation and market trends • Oversee global compensation and benefits programs, including base salary structures, variable incentive compensation, long-term incentives, and recognition programs • Tailor compensation strategies using international market conditions and competitive talent landscapes • Conduct job analysis, evaluation, and salary survey initiatives • Analyze internal and external data trends to design and implement Total Rewards programs supporting equitable pay • Partner with L&E and Total Rewards teams on enterprise-wide practices, governance, and legal compliance • Communicate compensation, benefits, and wellness programs to improve employee understanding • Lead strategic compensation projects and cross-functional HR initiatives • Lead and develop the Power Total Rewards team through coaching, mentoring, communication, and development opportunities • Lead Total Rewards initiatives supporting acquisitions and divestitures, including due diligence, integration planning, and implementation • Develop strategy and oversee standard compensation programs in the United States for hourly and salaried populations • Report to the Vice President – Total Rewards • Collaborate with segment and regional Total Rewards teams worldwide
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or equivalent knowledge or experience • At least 10 years’ experience in HR or compensation-related roles • Extensive progressive experience in global Total Rewards leadership roles across complex, matrixed, and multinational organizations • Strong leadership and management skills • Ability to lead a team and drive organizational change • Exceptional presentation, facilitation, and communication skills • Ability to lead discussions with Executive Leadership Team and other senior leaders • Proven expertise in executive compensation, global mobility, M&A integration, and compensation governance • Strategic mindset with ability to translate business priorities into reward strategies • Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing, and change leadership skills • Experience leading distributed teams and partnering across regions and functions • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
