• Build gigawatts of AI data centers rapidly and at scale • Combine equipment supplier, engineering firm, general contractor, and real estate developer capabilities under one roof • Take ownership, raise risks early, communicate directly, and follow through • Make decisions with incomplete information, document decisions, and adjust as facts change • Move quickly on reversible decisions and take greater care when security, safety, financial, employee, or customer risk is involved
