📋 Description

• Serve as the main point of contact for primarily independent-school partners during onboarding • Guide partners through implementation, timelines, and platform adoption • Hand partners off thoughtfully to their Partner Success Manager • Streamline onboarding workflows to shorten implementation timelines and accelerate time-to-value • Work with Product to identify and prioritize product enhancements improving onboarding • Develop scalable processes, onboarding documentation, templates, and best practices • Adapt onboarding materials for higher-education partners as needed • Collaborate with Success Operations, Sales, Product, and Partner Operations • Ensure smooth handoffs, clear expectations, and proactive response to partner needs • Solve partner challenges, provide tailored guidance, and build trusted relationships • Measure partner satisfaction and improve it over time • Track onboarding metrics and gather partner feedback • Recommend improvements to enhance onboarding and partner satisfaction • Pioneer in-person onboarding touchpoints • Visit every school at least once during its onboarding period

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working with independent schools, whether in advancement, school operations, or as a vendor or partner to independent schools (strongly preferred) • Experience with higher education is a plus • Experience implementing software solutions for customers in a SaaS environment • Familiarity with partner onboarding tools such as Vitally, Monday.com, or Smartsheet, or CRMs like Salesforce • Familiarity with Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT or Veracross is a plus • Strong technical skills, including comfort navigating integrations and APIs and troubleshooting implementation issues • Experience building systems from the ground up, including developing, documenting, and refining workflows • Experience building onboarding playbooks, knowledge bases, or training materials for scaled implementations • Ability to embrace ambiguity, pilot new processes, and iterate quickly • Proven ability to identify inefficiencies, implement repeatable solutions, and scale processes across teams • Ability to manage onboarding projects with structured processes, clear timelines, and measurable milestones • Track record of taking full ownership of outcomes and delivering on commitments • Fast-paced, results-driven approach • Commitment to excellence and continuous improvement • Ability to drive results independently and collaboratively within a lean team • Ability to travel to visit every school during its onboarding period
