📋 Description

• Participate in discovery and requirements-gathering activities • Translate business requirements into technical requirements and solution designs • Design, develop, test, and deploy NICE CXone IVR flows • Develop and maintain NICE CXone Studio scripts • Support on-premise to CCaaS migrations • Develop call flows and backend REST API integrations • Configure and support skills-based routing • Troubleshoot scripting, integration, and system issues • Prepare technical documentation and implementation plans • Support SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-production activities • Work with architecture and technical teams on integrations • Provide technical guidance as a NICE CXone SME

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with NICE InContact / NICE CXone • Hands-on experience with NICE CXone Studio and IVR scripting • Strong experience with RESTful Web Services / APIs • Experience developing and implementing IVR flows and call flows • Experience with Contact Center dashboards and reporting • Experience with Skills-Based Routing • Cisco to CCaaS migration experience preferred • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Strong organizational and conflict-management skills • Eastern Time Zone candidates only
