📋 Description

• Work as part of the Enterprise Delivery team under the direction of the Director of Dynamics Application Development • Build, enhance, and support Dynamics 365 solutions for multiple areas of the business • Design and develop enterprise web components in Dynamics 365 using C#, SQL, .NET, JavaScript, CRM Plugins, Azure Functions, Power Automate, and Power Apps • Design and develop new applications and automations • Extend and support existing Power Platform solutions • Document and monitor application interfaces and architecture • Develop and document architecture for enterprise applications and related integrations • Collaborate with business, digital agents, IT partners, product owners, business users, technical leads, and leadership • Evaluate and propose solutions, define requirements, assess business value, and develop specifications • Apply Agile best practices and support waterfall and/or Agile SDLC projects • Drive development and design standards for enterprise application teams • Design and develop integrated business solutions across multiple Azure enterprise platforms • Monitor emerging trends in enterprise application platforms and assess their relevance and impact • Manage multiple units of work while meeting timelines, quality requirements, acceptance criteria, and deadlines

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certifications / experience required in Computer Science, Engineering, or related subject preferred • 3+ years IT development experience required • Operational and/or Incident management experience is a plus • 1+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or equivalent experience • Strong experience and understanding of Microsoft Power Platform with Azure Development, such as Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and APIM • Strong experience with Dataverse and data modeling • Data migration and data integration experience is an advantage • Experience with other Microsoft technologies, languages, and frameworks is an advantage • Experience working on a project team using waterfall and/or agile SDLC methodology required; Agile preferred • Microsoft Power Platform Certifications are an advantage • Knowledge and experience in Agile Scrum methodologies • Experience with code review, coding standards, continuous integration, and pair programming • Experience in the insurance industry and/or LOMA coursework • Strong communication skills • Adaptability to work in a dynamic environment • Ability to provide innovative solutions and think outside the box • Self-starter able to initiate research and contact others to solve issues • Ability to learn new skills and knowledge through research and perseverance • Ability to build subject-domain knowledge and understand business context • Analytical ability and logical problem-solving skills • Ability to analyze requirements and create efficient and effective solutions
