📋 Description

• Act as a liaison between GM, its dealerships, and additional GM Partners • Grow and foster partnerships • Facilitate mentorship and consulting to ensure monthly and yearly sales objectives are met • Track dealership Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and other customer feedback to identify deficiencies or opportunities • Assist in product launches and coordinate marketing and advertising between dealers, independent aftermarket, and GM • Monitor dealership personnel training and compliance with GM requirements and objectives • Assist with dealership inventory management, including vehicle and parts ordering and inventory stabilization • Analyze dealer sales, local markets, and competition to identify revenue opportunities • Increase sales of GM vehicles and accessory parts • Assist in customer problem resolution • Travel to dealers throughout the designated region

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of experience in the automotive industry in lieu of a degree • 4+ years in sales and customer service • Able to travel 100% and be mobile now and in the future • Able to relocate anywhere within the United States • Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle on a regular basis • Must currently reside within or be willing to relocate to Las Vegas, NV or a surrounding area approved by leadership within 60 days of start date • Must live in an approved city within the assigned territory or relocate by the timeline provided at offer • Must travel at least 50% or more on a frequent basis • Must successfully complete a Motor Vehicle Report review • Must not require GM immigration sponsorship now or in the future, including H1-B, OPT, STEM OPT, CPT, TN, and J-1 support
