📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and enhance Microsoft Power Platform solutions supporting Department of the Interior programs and business operations • Build and customize enterprise Model-Driven Apps using Microsoft Dataverse • Design Dataverse tables, relationships, security roles, business rules, forms, views, business process flows, and data-quality controls • Develop and maintain secure external-facing experiences using Microsoft Power Pages • Create Power BI semantic models, dashboards, reports, and visualizations • Build Power Automate cloud flows for submissions, document routing, notifications, approvals, compliance activities, and other business processes • Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Azure services, REST APIs, and approved external systems • Implement application lifecycle management, source control, solution packaging, environment variables, connection references, and deployment pipelines • Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, architects, and users to translate business needs into maintainable technical solutions • Participate in Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, sprint planning, peer reviews, demonstrations, testing, and release activities • Troubleshoot defects, optimize application and report performance, and provide production support • Create solution designs, configuration documentation, technical procedures, release notes, and knowledge-transfer materials • Apply federal security, privacy, records-management, accessibility, and governance requirements • Mentor team members, promote reusable patterns, and contribute to Power Platform standards and development practices

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience delivering Microsoft Power Platform solutions • 3+ years building enterprise Model-Driven Apps and designing solutions on Microsoft Dataverse • 2+ years developing and supporting Power Pages sites • 3+ years creating Power BI reports, dashboards, semantic models, and data visualizations • Hands-on experience with Power Automate cloud flows, business process automation, and integration patterns • Experience integrating Power Platform applications with REST APIs, Microsoft 365 services, and external systems • Experience with solution-aware development, managed solutions, environment strategy, source control, and automated deployments • Experience working within Agile delivery teams and communicating directly with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Experience supporting a federal customer, public-sector program, or other regulated environment • Technical experience with Model-Driven Apps, Microsoft Dataverse, Microsoft Power Pages, Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Entra ID, role-based security, Power Platform ALM and governance, Git-based source control, CI/CD practices, JavaScript or TypeScript, REST APIs, custom connectors, and integration troubleshooting • Federal Agency Clearance Requirements may apply, including up to a 10-year background investigation and/or US Citizenship (clearable) • Preferred certifications include PL-400, PL-200, PL-300, PL-600, AZ-204, AZ-104, CompTIA Security+, and Scrum/SAFe certifications • Preferred experience includes federal civilian agency support, compliance or case-management solutions, secure Power Pages portals, Dataverse security and migration, Power BI DAX and Power Query, Azure services, Microsoft federal cloud environments, Section 508, C#/.NET, and secure software development
