📋 Description

• Manage key field relationships with provider partners and their teams to drive adoption, retention, and consistent origination performance • Collaborate with corporate partners and field representatives to ensure alignment, share best practices, and support joint goals • Monitor territory performance, spot trends, identify gaps, and support underperforming offices • Identify and close new opportunities through partner referrals and proactive outreach • Support provider offices in operating effectively and serve as a trusted advisor on HFD products • Deliver presentations communicating the value of the program to clinical and business stakeholders • Qualify partnerships and identify engaged, suitable practices • Understand provider workflows and technology, including integrations and system configurations • Own onboarding to ensure new offices are trained and originating quickly • Gather field feedback to inform product development, pricing strategies, and internal improvements • Provide weekly updates on outcomes, goal progress, and improvement plans

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in field sales, territory management, or customer success • Experience in Dental, Orthodontics or patient financing a plus but not required • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills • Comfort with performance metrics and accountability • Confidence presenting to diverse stakeholders, from treatment coordinators and office managers to executives • Organized and proactive approach to managing multiple priorities • A mindset focused on partnership, problem-solving, and execution • Based in Houston, TX • Travel required throughout the state
