📋 Description

• Identify, document, and track defects, and work with the development team to resolve them. • Create, audit, and update test cases and QA documentation. • Perform functional, regression, exploratory, and user acceptance testing. • Cover iOS and Android mobile apps as the primary testing surface, with web flows tested as needed. • Take full ownership of QA on assigned maintenance projects, operating as the sole QA on each pod. • Adapt quickly to different project contexts, domains, and cadences across a rotating weekly workload. • Sync with the PM daily to align on priorities and report status, blockers, and coverage.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of QA engineering experience. • Strong experience with mobile application testing (iOS and Android); web testing experience is a plus. • Experience as a sole QA on a project, with the ability to work independently and take full ownership of quality. • Experience creating and maintaining test cases and test plans. • Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, QA processes, and defect lifecycle. • Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices. • Hands-on experience with Postman and/or Newman for API testing. • Experience using traffic inspection tools such as Charles or Proxyman. • Familiarity with BrowserStack for cross-device testing. • Comfortable using AI-assisted tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor) as part of the daily workflow. • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to clearly report status, blockers, and test coverage to a PM and development team on a weekly cadence. • English level B2 or higher.
