📋 Description

• Sell GCHP D-SNP plans over the phone to individuals eligible for the product • Receive inbound calls from prospects and follow scripts to process applications for enrollment • Explain Medicare options, plan benefits, and costs to help individuals make informed decisions • Make outbound calls to follow up and close business in compliance with all regulations • Successfully complete required product and certification training • Maintain California Life, Accident and Health Insurance License • Attend and actively participate in required departmental meetings, training, and coaching sessions

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years experience in a call center related to Medicare and/or Medi-Cal Sales, Claims, Customer Service or Provider Service • Bilingual in English and Spanish • Experience with the Medicare and Medi-Cal programs • Strong oral communication skill and ability to present to individuals or groups • California Life, Accident and Health Insurance License, or the ability to obtain within 60 days of employment • At least 2 years of equivalent training and/or experience in lieu of degree • Advanced computer skills in MS Office products • A valid and current Driver's License, Auto Insurance, and professional licensure(s)
