📋 Description

• Build and own large parts of GoodParty.org products serving independent candidates and elected officials • Lead technical projects • Shape architecture across the stack • Rapidly transform rough product ideas into working MVPs within 1–2 days • Test and iterate on AI and agentic engineering approaches • Push the boundaries of agents in GoodParty.org products and daily work • Deliver internal improvements that increase team-wide output • Empower independent candidates and elected officials through AI-native products

🎯 Requirements

• Experience shipping and iterating on production AI systems with real usage • Hands-on experience designing evaluation systems • Experience building agent graphs • Experience in general agent engineering • Track record of single-handedly delivering internal improvements that meaningfully and measurably increase team output • Skilled in remote communication • Must be physically located in the United States • Must be authorized to work in the United States • Sponsorship is not available • Professional or volunteer experience in civic tech, democracy reform, political campaigns, or social impact initiatives is a bonus
